Leader Coaches get coaching too. They’re part of the process—they’ve got their own playbook with lots of great learning on how to be a better coach for their learners, and they get feedback from the facilitator on how well they’re coaching their managers, ensuring alignment across the board.

The Active Facilitator Program shows how to facilitate each module of the program. It is a train the trainer approach.
